in germany, more and more people start building prefab houses. the reason being, besides prefabs lower price, is that they are eco friendly and building time is by far shorter (traditional german concrete houses take up to one year whereas those prefabs are move in ready within a few months). the quality of these homes is (except for some black sheep) just as goos as the tarditionally crafted ones and therefore prefabs have become a real alternative on the homebuilder market. this model is a basic model, that could be changed and edited to fit any german family. it has four bedrooms upstairs and an open florrplan downstairs. there is one family bathroom on the second floor (germans typically only have one bathroom for the entire family, i know thats stupid) and a big guest bathroom on the fisrt floor. all the rooms are painted, but have no funriture or such in them. there is car port next to the house that has room for one car and some bikes or motorcycles.
